SUPERCHARGED V6 |
|
|
Note how the Supercharged V6 (brown line) is well above the Gen 3 (blue line) all the way to 5000 rpm!! It is only in the last 750rpm that the Gen 3 gets a look in. The VN 5.0 Litre V8 (red line) is nowhere to be seen. To put that into perspective, you all know that neither the 5.0 Litre V8 nor the Gen 3 Monaro are slow cars, so how fast is the Supercharged V6 when these V8's run 14.5's all day? We never got to test the quarter mile ET's at the time of writing this article, but be rest assured a 13 sec pass was certainly on the cards!! |
